When you get an RFE, you have to get very creative with what you send in. Think outside the box, think of anything that pretty much has an official time/date stamp with your full legal name and physical address on it. It's actually pretty amazing what you can use to verify those required dates. I used my World of Warcraft account payment history that dated back to 2005 to satisfy the entire 5 years of continuous presence (I didn't really play wow, I let them charge me). Like I said, get creative, use memberships, purchase receipts both online and physical with your name. Good luck and keep us update.
