No doubt the Supreme Court will take up DACA, that’s not even a question, the question is when and how much time do we have to renew and Hanen can’t stop that like he did with DAPA.

You also forget that Hanen took out DAPA because of the Administrative Procedure Act not because it was unconstitutional. He was also hesitant on putting an injunction on DACA because it was already too late for that.

You can’t compare his ruling on DAPA with DACA both are two different scenarios.
