Geez people educate yourselves, yes his decision can factor in but it won’t be the last and final until the Supreme Court says so.
Why do you think they’re pushing the Supreme Court to act quickly? I don’t see them pushing Hanen to act quickly do we? Because Hanen’s decision could not impact DACA considering 3 other courts have already said DACA can stay.
It’s all in the Supreme Courts hands now, NOT HANENS!

The DACA stuff before SCOTUS and Hanen are about different issues. The SCOTUS stuff is about arbitrarily ending the program while the issue before Hanen is if the program was legitimate to begin with.
And no- his decision is not final, but he can order DACA as being invalid - and it will remain as such through all the appeals processes - just like DAPA until it met its final demise at the SCOTUS 4-4 ruling.
