We are in Trump's world. Nothing makes sense anymore. The guy is a psycho. Hes trolling everyone. Im not going to be surprised if in the end he comes out and says passing Dream Act + Wall was his plan all along. He should get tested for syphilis, maybe hes infected and his head if going crazy already.
