my cousin had a similar problem and i cant be sure but i think he had to pay his tickets before being able to get his license
i was starting to worry couple days after my bio i was involved in a small accident nothing major but i did get 3 tickets no license, no insurance, and fail to yield, hopefully it wont affect me either...i paid all the tickets as soon as i was able to
