dude we all know there wont be action if DACA doesnt die and it should die so we wont be in limbo.
but the argument beingofdumb is making is that DACA is unconstitutional. nobody can say whats unconstitutional or not other than the Supreme Court.
how are you gonna say something shouldnt exist while you are benefiting from it?
