I hate repeating the same thing, but the Supreme Court isn't ruling on if DACA is unconstitutional. They are ruling on if the President can end DACA without following the proper procedure!
The court killed DAPA because Obama didn't follow the same procedure, so it will be interesting to see what will happen.
