That is a very valid point concerning what was supposed to be the intent of the '"Child"Status Protection Act' before yet here we are many decades later with it still going through the Courts on what was Congress's intent.
The reality is that no age cap must be urged to Rep. Cantor and Goodlatte working on the legislation.
