Probably because some dreamers are truly pathetic. People might have a misconception that dreamers are a special kind of people, I mean how idealistic is the name dreamer? But it's actually not true. Not all dreamers are intelligent, mature, hard working, and kind people, just as how not all legal citizens are worthy beings. You just have to accept that there will be a few jerks for every few genuine and good people. It's not something you can do anything about and that's life.
