Received a call from the attorney stating that she received a copy of my deferred action approval.. hoping I will receive it today in the mail.. USPS picked up my EAD on Nov 16th so hoping that baby is in my hands by today or tomorrow also..

Next step will be to change the "Not Valid for Employment" condition on my SS and apply for a DL.. Apparently, you need to wait 4-6 weeks after giving your written test in order to give the road test.. I'm thinking of applying for a Texas State ID in the meantime so I can use it to fly to Cali for Christmas..
