I never expected immigration reform to pass through congress especially since they have so many other "pressing" matters like Iran, the budget and tax reform. Expanded DACA/DAPA is the only form of repreive that is available for the foreseeable future. And since there hasn't been any advancement on Hanen's decision "yet" even though it's almost mid afternoon then we're undoubtedly headed to the 5th Circuit.
