My sister was here for 8 years 2003-2011(DACA didn't exist, and she wouldn't be eligible cuz she was 17 when we came here), and she got married to someone that lives in Toronto, Canada(He's a GC holder not citizen). She had to go back to our country to get her Canada Visa sorted for like 6 mos-a year ( I forgot). She lives in Toronto now, and what's weird is she didn't seem to trigger the 10-year ban because she's been coming back to Los Angeles like every year (since 2013). lol. So I think maybe if you move to Canada and get married to a resident there, the 10-year ban gets cancelled out?
