Is your case still pending without outstanding order of removal yet like me before? For the motions I think one of them was prosecutorial discretion, but that one was before daca in effect, after I applied daca, he filed another motion to close my case with the daca pending receipt. Those motions are filed to the ICE attorney office and if the DHS attorney agrees to join the motion, you can get your case closed. I think you can file a motion with your approval notice, and they should be able to close your case.
