the evidence you submitted for your Form I-821D, consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals, for each departure you made from the united states since June 15, 2007 was brief, casual, and innocent is insufficient. according to USCIS system checks, evidence of travel under another name was discovered. no evidence was was submitted for this trave l which occurred on November 2006, july 2008, november 2009, July 2010, April 2011, June 2011, and December 2013. you may still submit evidence, which may include, but is not limited to copies of .... The thing is my family and i have never been anywhere out of the us we live in texas since 2003 and up till time. my application only says to submit evidence of 2013 and thats it but its my brothers applications that has me worried.
