Guys, I put WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA on Question 14) place of entry into the United States. on my I-821D form. On Question 15) Status at Entry, I put EWI - Entry Without Inspection.

On my I-765, on Question 13) Place of Last Entry into the U.S. I put the same answer - Washington, District of Columbia.

On Question 14) Manner of Last Entry. I put Enter without Inspection.

I did send my application with the help of a lawyer.
