A USC/LPR parent can get you an I-601A waiver.

You'll need an approved visa petition with a current priority date (so either your parent or some employer sponsors you), wait for the priority date to become current if there's a backlog, you pay the DS-260 fee, file I-601A waiver and argue that your parent will suffer extreme hardship from your 10 year exile (hire a lawyer or be ready to write complete bullshit like it's college freshman literature class yourself).

If approved - great, go attend your visa interview, get your immigrant visa, and return to US as an LPR.
If denied - appeal or refile.

Basically overview of "what can a legal parent do for you". Want to discuss your situation PM me.
