January expiration

Did you guys send your renewal package already?
I sent mine at exactly 149 days before the expiration date.
Already got my biometrics appt for 9/8

My timeline:

Expiration date: 01/11
Application sent: 08/15
Application received: 08/18
Text: 8/20
Letters: 8/23
Biometrics letter: 8/29 (for 9/

Oh no i send mine 179 days ahead

will they reject it??

There is a possibility. Here's what USCIS states:

When to Renew

You should submit your renewal request about 120 days (4 months) before your current period of deferred action will expire. If you submit your request more than 150 days (5 months) before your current period expires, USCIS may reject it and return it to you with instructions to resubmit it closer to the expiration date.

It seems like you'll simply get it returned to you. If it hasn't happened don't worry about it yet I suppose.

Just had my biometrics done today!

Mine expires 1/16 - I have an appointment for biometrics on the 16th.

They recicvied my check on Monday it's Friday it still hasn't been cashed

My 120 days mark is on the 17th, I'm pretty much done with the forms, just a few minor details left. Do you guys think I should send passport photos? Last time I didn't send any and was approved. I'm probably gonna send it on the 15th.
Are you guys doing money order from Amscot as well?

I sent passport pictures just in case (lawyer suggested). And I sent a money order from my bank, that way they won't have a problem cashing it.
