I have a friend who is a dreamie candidate.
well anyway. He got caught playing basketball at school after hours, around 11pm. The school police gave him a citation for trespassing. MY question is, would this get in the way of him being accepted for the dream act?...he did the work project they asked him to do. He wasnt ask to go to court because he did completed work project. And oh yeah he was only 17 when i happened. They didnt get his finger prints or anything like that.
Just make sure he drops it to infraction if possible that means hes 100% clear. Tell him to beg if possible. If its just a ticket without any court appearance then he/she is solid
