I've already searched my question here and it seemed like everyone had a different answer or confused. So I'm going to ask you guys again.

For renewal, on i-765 form #15 which asks current immigration status, do we put "Unlawful Status: Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals by ICE" as in the instruction or something else?

The reason why I'm confused is because in the instruction if the DACA was approved by ICE, then it asks to send the evidence. But I know it was approved by USCIS.

Also, I was in college when I first apply for DACA, and I just graduated from college. Do I have to send a diploma or transcript since there has been a change? (But, I will be getting my diploma in the mail in August).

Thanks in advance

For #15 on form I-765, put "Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals" because you were approved by USCIS.

Also, you do not need to send any additional evidence. So do not send diplomas, school transcripts nor other documents. Just remember to send a copy of your EAD (front and back) at it is required.

The only additional evidence you will need to include is only if you were arrested.
