You might be dealing with someone who doesn't like immigrants you should try to contact the people that are higher up in the chain of command at your school.

doesn't your HS transcript show that you were there for 3 years worth of classes?

requirements- "Lived in Texas three years prior to high school graduation or obtaining a GED from Texas or
Resided in Texas the (full) year prior to enrollment in an institution of higher education
Provide an affidavit stating intent to apply for Permanent Residency when eligible to do so"

If it doesn't work out for you, can't you just go take your GED. And prove that you've lived in Texas for 3 years prior to that, and get in-state tuition that way?

Umm.. I'm not sure you are right when you say high schools dont keep records over 10 years. All schools by law are required to keep every record of every student. In fact you can go and look back into archives as long as 100 years ago and even more.

Recently all student records were digitized so records couldn't be lost due to fire.

Im not sure im understanding your problem correctly. If a school can produce a transcript that shows you attended school from spring 1997 onwards how is she adding the math incorrectly ?
