For all other lockbox locations...you guys might want to use these tips:

Anyways the point of my post was that for my chicago lockbox peeps - dont use acco fasteners!!!

OOPS. I already used ACCO fasteners for my evidence sent to Chicago Lockbox. Oh well, worst that could happen is an RFE. I have some pics of what I did, redone-sample forms and my cover page (identifying info removed) attached if you guys want to look.

Basically what I did was: ACCO fasten all evidence together with tabs at the bottom, ACCO Clip'd the forms along with the passport photos and check, put it in a manila folder (wrote name/identifying info on it), put it in express mail envelope, and then the lady at the post office put it in a different packet because it was "cheaper". The cover page lists everything in order. God. They're going to have one hell of a time opening that up, I hope they don't get too ticked lol.

My high school diploma and my passport has my middle name spelled differently. The diploma has an extra "A" at the end. What should I do?

You should still submit it as an alias. We are not the first ones to have our names misspelled or letters added to it. Just my opinion. We have a lot of bright people on this forum that should be able to come up with a solution.

BTW if you have a "large amount of docs" and don't want to send in a padded envelope, Office Max sells a 11.5"x8.75"x2.125" Duck Self-Locking Mailing Box for around $3.29 each. 2" of documents fit in there perfectly.

(for reference - this is bulk pricing)

Does USPS certified mail have a tracking number? Do I just ask the Postal worker to send it by certified mail and do we need to purchase a box to send the application?
