I called them today and the woman asked me for my receipt numbers and I provided them and she just read me what was on the website when you check the status of your case. I wonder if there is any other way to track, if you know please help!

Oh I guess I'm not alone on this, I sent mine from SF too and sent it on the Aug. 15th. Did not get my biometric appointment yet. A couple of dreamers I know who live in SF gotten theirs though.
