Just yours. Explanation..just put down something like this:

"The above amount for expenses include expenses for food, shelter, transportation, medical etc"

Most likely your expenses will be high and income not too good..so just put down everything as it is. If you don't have anything of significant value..put down 0 for assets. GL.

what would qualify as assets? I have a car, 2002, is that an asset?

My income pretty much covers all bills. But not food and gas.
Income is: 32,000
Expenses is: 40,000

So this is what I put?

pretty much what I put. Your car is an asset (if you've paid it off completely and have title in hand) so you should put it down. I had income as ~35k, expenses as ~32k and assets as ~14k and I was approved. I included my income tax returns and bank statements.
