Yea I think you need your EAD to apply for a drivers license. Congrats! You are halfway through!

A social is a social. If you are not sure then you should call them or go in but I doubt its "wrong". Whats the definition of his wrong anyways? Is it not valid? Is it just classified for DREAMers? What does he mean?

If someone else other than you is marked as a authorized representative then I'm guessing yes. But you should know everything that the representative knows.
