Did you know when you call AT&T and other companies like that, their system takes notes of how many times you call and if you call too frequently they make you wait longer. Hope you get approved soon though. |

The officer was the one that put me on hold to look into my case and told me she was going to contact another officer in charge of reviewing cases. When she came back on the phone she told me that she was told that my case was last looked at in March 19 and that it was still under review. I told her that I signed up for case status and that it still says that my case was last viewed Sep 13, and she said that was not accurate and that her system had the accurate date.
