Don't say that. You will get approved. If they RFE me about my home/private school diploma then I will give them the evidence of the laws here in Texas of home schooling and show them that my diploma is accredited by Texas home schooling

If I don't get approved in the next 12 hours I will be enrolling in this club. Never thought it would take this long. I guess there is chance of an RFE still and that could put me in the 11 and 12 month clubs.

In the 7 month club here... will be 8 months in not too long. Been in the US since I was 4, 28 now. And early on lots of student visas etc... And I lived in 4 states... so lots of paperwork to go thru I'm sure. But it is trying my patience.

Good luck to everyone and hopefully we will all be approved soon!

I used to update on here all the time, but I left and paid more attention to things in life as if daca never happened. Trust me, you will be approved its just a matter of when. the "when" could either seem like forever by you constantly thinking about it, or soon if you forget about it.

Btw, my attorney told me that doing e-requests/ombudsman/congressman will actually slow down your case because when they do decide to adjudicate, they will see that they have third parties to respond to, which means longer processing times by updating them before they act on your case since you chose to have them represent you in a way.

If an officer really was reveiwing your case you would get a decision within a day or two. I have read in my reaseach that a reveiwing officer has an allotted time of around 4 hours to reveiw your petition, not 45 days.
