If uscis gives you for multiple entries without a number then I would assume it's unlimited entries. But if uscis gives multiple entries with a number such as 2 then it means2 entries. No one knows but let's use common sense

It's interesting how this basically says that leaving with AP doesn't count as a departure but coming back does count as an official entry.

Advance parole is NOT an admission (ex. it will not help you adjust via 245(k)), it is parole. Also AP doesn't count as departure only for the purposes of the 3 and 10 year bans if you return using it, so for example you cannot use AP to undergo consular processing (although this is a deep dark body of acidic water that no one has bothered checking yet).

when i came to the US in 2003 with no visa or anything but the Honduran passport. i was 9. we got caught by ICE in the bus going to Florida from Texas. they took us (me, mom, aunt, cousin and other people who came with us illegally) to the ICE office where they took all the finger prints from the adults, except for me and cousin. they just asked us for our names. ICE asked us where we were going we said the truth, and said we had Fam in Florida. they let us all go. ICE took us to a church where they gave us Clothing then took us to the Bus station where we move on, got on a bus to Florida. 6 months later we received our court dates which we didn't go cause first of all it was in texas second of all cause we knew it was to get deported :/. so we didn't attend. after that i received a deportation letter. saying that i was banned for 10 years. so did everyone else who came with us. so where does that puts me? am I Enter with inspection? i really want to visit my birth country. but i feel scared. im confused about the new rule.. i hope someone understands.

Familiarize yourself with the "Enter" key which generally is used to make newlines. Blocks of text are not fun to read and might be ignored if the reader simply doesn't feel like straining their eyes.

Anyways. You are not banned for 10 years. If you were to depart now you would be banned for 10 years due to illegal presence, and 5 years due to being deported (leaving while ordered deported constitutes self-removal), both bans are served concurrently.

In your case - since you were detained and released on supervision by ICE - you are an EWI. If you were waved in with no questions then you could argue that you entered legally - in this case, no.

Since you were a child back then, you can actually try the AP route, however that will require you to re-open your removal proceedings, and seek to have them administratively closed, or otherwise to overturn the deportation order. Then you can do the AP route to fix your illegal entry, opening way to adjusting status via marriage.

So, lets say an USC son petitions his parents under this new administrative actions, then the parents leave the country using AP and comeback with no problems. Will the parents be able to apply for AOS through their USC son?

Any thoughts will be appreciated, thanks.
