Everyone I had to update everyone asap. I got approved today 2/26/15 literally 1 day before my current daca expired. I am not sure if my application was approved faster bc I requested to expedite my case since I have not received the letter in regards to that or bc they are moving at a faster pace. Regardless I wish you all the best and hope you get approved as soon as possible.

I'm confused with your time line.

First of all CONGRATS!!!! Also everyone keeps saying I EXPEDITED my case????? How did you do that????

I called the uscis customer help line it's the contact number on the uscis page. You call and enter your receipt number and then it will be an automated message and just wait til the end it asks if you want to speak to a representative and tell them that you would like to expedite your case. You have to meet one of the criteria though so make sure you have your reason for asking here's the link http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria though some people have said that they were told daca applicants can't have their case expedited. But that's what I did I'm not 100% sure if that's why my application got approved or just because the offices are trying to catch up so they are processing faster. Either way it doesn't hurt to call and ask. They sent me a letter regarding my request to have my case expedited and the response but that hasn't arrived in the mail if not I would be able to tell you if that's the reason I was approved faster.

I think this person got approve 20 days after bios... that was pretty fast...

^Well, I think he meant he was confused because it said app received in 2014 not 2015, probably just a typo.

So your case was expedited? That gives me hope! Everyone else was saying that they didn't expedite for DACA but I sent my request last night I'm hoping it does get expedited. She did say that the decision is based on case-by-case status so it just really depended on who was deciding on it. Congrats! Still waiting for mine.
