Visit the office your appointment is scheduled for. Let them know you'd like to see if they are taking walk-ins. They'll tell you immediately if they have space that day or not. If they are unable to accommodate your walk-in, then be sure to reschedule your appointment and request the day off in advance. You were given plenty of advance notice, after all.

[quote=NotYetKnown;565331]There has been no mention of a renewal limit. I received a letter from USCIS reminding me that my DACA expires soon and that my renewal request must be submitted between the 150-120 expatriation window; I doubt that was an oversight.

I'll be sending my packet and check for renewal on 03/21, my 150th day before expiration. My DACA and EAD are set to expire on 08/17. This will be my second renewal. My initial approval was granted in 2012, first renewal in 2014 and second renewal request is in 2016.

It's difficult to only plan my life two years in advance. I'd like to settle down, start a family and purchase a home. But not knowing where I'll be two years from now just doesn't make it feasible to marry and attempt to secure a home loan. Do any of you feel similar to me, or have you guys ventured out and gotten married or even secured a ho

Am in the second renewal like you, was already married before the defferedd action was passed in 2012, we already establish credit and were able to buy a new car 2 yrs ago and last year we purchase our first house,I ve been here 23 yrs so am not afraid what would happened since am sure that I can fight for permanent resident if any situation in a future because I had been a good citizen, paying taxes and not getting goverment help to support my family of course that will be with the help of a good lawyer and knowing about mt rights. Hope it helps you in something

Congrats on getting the home!

Who was your lender and did you get a co-signer or were you approved under your status alone?

On form i-821D, section 5 it asks "Are you NOW or have you EVER been in removal proceedings. But under that there is a Note that states "The term "removal proceedings includes exclusion or deportation proceedings initiated before or after April 1, 1997".

I'm a little bit confused as to which to follow. The initial question or Are you NOW or EVER been in removal proceedings or the Note which states before April 1, 1997.

Thank you.

Nothing here yet.

Completed biometrics on May 6th, and case status still hasn't changed from "We mailed you your biometrics appointment letter"

Seems like everyone's app might be delayed this time. Makes me a bit antsy, since I got approved after just 2 months after I mailed in my app for my last renewal.

Do you guys think the delay could be due to the up coming Supreme Court ruling?

Form 821-D

1. In Part 2, Section 6a, "Travel Info" what do we put if we never EVER left the united states? Do we leave it blank or put "N/A" in the boxes? I just filled out question 8-9.c.

2. In Part 8, Section 1a, Do I put my Legal Name, and A-Number again? I don't need to put any additional info. Do we leave this blank or put N/A again? I filled in my name and A #

3. Part 6, Part 7, do we leave these areas blank or write N/A? I am the only one completing this document. I left it blank since I am to one completing the form.

Form I-765

1. This is my second renewal so I have been granted an EAD for 4 years now. Part 11 asks if I've ever applied for EAD from USCIS. What dates should I put here? Just the recent renewal, or the renewal plus the initial application? Is this the form that expires 2/28/2018? I checked of yes, be cause I did Indeed apply for Employment authorization.

Also which office should be written on it. The one that granted my request correct? On my initial request I received a letter from Vermont Service Center. Upon my first renewal I see that this was sent from Nebraska Service Center and this is what I put. Sending out my second renewal tomorrow.

2. Part 15, What do we write under Current Immigration Status? Just DACA? I put Deferred Action as this is my current status

Filing

1. Do I write two separate checks, or just one? I got a single money order from the post office for $465.

2. Cover Page needed? My cover page is Form G-1145

3. Any certain order the packet is supposed to be filed in? Mine is in this particular order- Form G-4115, Form I-765, Form I-765WS, and Form I-821D

That was all the questions I had. Sorry for all of them. I just want this packet to be perfect. Thanks!
Warm wishes and best of luck to you in your second renewal. I hope this helps.
