FL requires you to carry your EAD if you have "Temporary" on your ID but that was in place before the Trump and Travel ban.
I'm planning on going to Orlando from South Texas (have to go through a checkpoint) during Spring Break. You said it is required to carry the EAD (original one?) as long as your ID says "temporary"; otherwise it isn't required, correct?

DUDE. Good lord.

What makes you think he got papers? The fucking whole point of him being a public figure now is that he has no papers. He's just as undocumented as you are.

There is no difference. He travels with his Filipino passport, and you can also travel with your Mexican passport. Google this shit if you still have questions.

There's additional risk that you take on for traveling domestically with just a foreign passport and no US visa within the passport, but it's not like it hasn't been done for years.

You can travel within the U.S. with a foreign passport, even without the visa. Jose Antonio Vargas does it all the time, and he's in the same boat as you.
I would definitely NOT recommend it. Traveling by bus, train.. etc Yes. Flying with just a passport and no visa? No. I have a friend who travels to California on just her passport and expired visa and she never encountered any problems. Now she doesn't want to take the risk. Not just because Vargas does it and gets away with it shouldn't mean the regular Joe should to.

I would not recommend train or bus.
Those are much more dangerous than plane.

I would take the risk with plane more than train.

CBP is all over Amtrak.

I have flown domestically in the last month for work. When I get to security they just look at my Driver License (CA) then usually make a comment about CA (like how they love it usually). I've flown to Denver, Detriot, LAX, Phoenix and Santa Barbara airports with no issues.
