To be fair, Romney has said he would pass CIR during his first year, which is what Obama said in 2008 and failed to do and just continued to deport record amounts of illegal immigrants, so we can't just sit here and blindly say that Obama is a saint and that he loves us.

Of course, Obama would be the safer route for us since we will have DACA in the mean time, but this is just temporary, and how funny that it came during the last few months of his campaign close to elections right?

Both have made their promises and so far one didn't deliver.

There are so many things wrong with Romney being President.
He only cares about the rich and could care less for the 47%. He said so himself.
He also wants to takes Woman's rights away.

He thinks that the 12 million of us are going to just self deport on our own after we lose jobs and have no way to support ourselves.
He is not going to help immigrants. He says he is going to come up with a plan but that is false. He doesn't approve of DACA or the Dream Act. DACA temporary yes, but it is the first thing that has come in the 18 years that I have been here so I will take that. Maybe after the 2 years are up congress will be more on our side and approve Dream act or something like it and finally give us a path to citizenship.
Okay I am ranting. My point Romney is a racist billionaire who could care less about the poor, immigrant, or womans rights. Oh and he want to cut down funding for pbs. No more Big Bird or Elmo to help educate American children.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform implies that it will fix a problem with immigration law today -- the question of why there are so many people in the country illegally.

There's CIR which grants amnesty to everyone and then there's CIR which deports all illegals. Guess what kind of immigration reform Romney has been unyieldingly in favor of?

My point was that both have made promises and one is making the same one again.

I encourage you all who have been accepted to use these 2 years with the EAD towards developing a multi-million dollar business that will render an EAD renewal in 2016 useless.
