Applying online does not work

I have applying online as well no to avail. It simply does not work. A one on one conversation works best and if you have friends who work tell them to recommend you and put the word in with their employers.

You're better off calling and setting up an appointment with the manager/employer rather than automatic internet applications.

When you call be polite but very upfront about it "Hello, I saw online that you guys are hiring. I have applied online but never got any replies back so it's wasting my time and it's wasting other people's time. I was wondering if you we could set up a job interview instead? "

Worst case scenario is they'll give you some BS story and then tell you "No."

If they say no, just call somewhere else and keep trying, but for fucks sake do not apply online.

also if you find out the E-mail of the Human Resource and E-mail them they will definitely call you if you got a good resume and/or what they are asking for. I recommend anyone to do a resume even if you just graduated high school. You could write down -awards - scholarships - community service -skills on the resume.

Why are people saying online doesn't work? I've applied online and had some call backs. Some places allow online applications only. Ultimately, it WHO you know, not what you know.

Hmm, yeah i think finding a job is hard but i dont think its correlated to the pain you have in your behind. Perhaps see a gastroenterologist to make sure you are ok?
