I think I called the CSAC last summer and asked a similar question . . .

You just report that you have been self-employed. I don't think it should be a problem. But, every university might do things differently . . .

In the CSU I go to, they choose someone randomly for verification on the income, so some people will asked to send some stuff, while others are off the hook.

I was denied the BOG waiver due to my 2011 income, but my 2012 will allow me to qualify. What steps should i take to guarantee acceptance for the 2013-2014 period? I already paid for my 2012 fall courses.
i am in the same boat as you man. my parents made too much during 2011 but my dad was laid off so now we barely make enough. if you find an answer to that please pm me

Did anyone start the 2013-2014 application? Where it asks for ITIN if you have one what do guys think we should put. I have an ITIN and last year filed taxes with it but this year I filed using my SSN should I still put the ITIN number? Also, I think it's weird that this year they are not asking for a SSN. I remember in last years application they asked for it but of course I did not have it then.

Hello, I need some help from my fellow California dreamers. I got approved almost two weeks ago now. I recieved my EAD card last Thursday and applied for my SSN that same day. My SSN should get here anyday now.

Now that I'm pretty much set, I've been looking for the application for the Cal Grant since we California people can apply for it. Anyone care to send me the link? I'm lost.
Thanks!
