Trump's only chance at getting his wall money is in exchange for Dream Act. If he let's the Dems have the Dream Act, he can kiss his wall goodbye. He knows this. Will Dems give him the wall? That is the question.

You can’t expect leadership on this legalization issue from this White House . It’s up to Congress to send him a bill. Any bill that passes he will have no choice but to sign it.

For visa overstays
- overstaying a visa becomes a misdemeanor.
- bar all visa overstays from immigration benefits for an unspecified period of time with no opportunity to get a waiver.
