I doubt reconciliation vote will happen now, especially with Schumer.
I believe they were going to push the reconciliation vote till September, after august recess.

The reconciliation bill is our chance to have immigration policy pass through congress but it looks like with the newest gop ploy of not supporting raising the debt ceiling the reconciliation bill might run past 9/30…

Our primary concern is the reconciliation bill.
If they vote to debate on bipartisan bill, they won’t vote on reconciliation. Correct me if I am wrong.

I think they need to use that reconciliation bill to push through the debt ceiling with 50 votes plus vp. That can’t wait until September so they must use that bill vehicle sooner than they wanted.

You are assuming further talks on bipartisan bill fail?

Yes, they must. But, does Crying Chuck always act like a progressive? No.

Crying Chuck is going to fall for GOP delay tactic. Watch.

Chuck can force the vote today. If he falls for the delay tactic and misses the golden opportunity to try to force something through, then . . . Well . . . It’s your opinion to think that Schumer doesn’t deserve any blame.

What you are arguing is a progressive idea. Can you honestly tell me Schumer thinks and acts like a progressive? I hope I am wrong. TYT shits on him all the time.

Sadly Lady J right,

The second 1 person gets a pathway towards citizenship it’s gonna cause a frenzy and people are gonna start sending their kids to the border in numbers never before seen. Even though it’s a lot more complicated than they realize as long as theirs hope it’s all it takes.

The solution to this? More border security. I’m sorry but it’s true we need more agents at the border and more security. However we could give all that to the Republicans and they still wouldn’t budge anyways.

I don’t care about Schumer other than him making sure dreamer legalization is in the reconciliation bill.

How come you’re not a bit worked up over the gop delaying the reconciliation bill though? Like that’s our best chance in years and you’re mum. Wtf bro?
