App transfer - Page 55

These people like they forgot to clear feb 15 transfers its Going to be 2 mths since my apps sitting in Nebraska

EVERYONE!!
THIS PEOPLE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING WHEN YOU SENT THE APP IN AT ALL, ONCE YOU GET TRANSFERED THE ONLINE INFO CHANGES AND TAKES OUT RECEIVED DATE. SO CALL AND DO YOUR SERVICE REQUEST AND JUST LIE ABOUT THE DATE. NEBRASKA AND VERMONT ARE AT AUG 31ST APPLICATION REVIEWS SO JUST SAY ANY DATE BEFORE THAT AND THEY WILL DO YPUR SERVICE REQUEST. THATS THE ONLY WAY THEY WILL LOOK AT YOUR app. Good luck

Only intended for those that have been waiting for over 6 months and have been denied a service request!!

Then when the Service Request gets to the Service Center they will see your real Received Date and they will tell you to keep on waiting....

What a great advice. Just call the uscis and lie! Clearly you're brilliant.

If you have nothing consructive to say, at least don't say anything harmful.

Or get approved like my wife did today.

My wife got approved today and she has your same timeline, and the office did not want to do a service request on her even though she was over 6 months waiting. So she lied and she got approved a week and half later..

I have been waiting for over six months and the office did NOT want to do a service request for my case stating my case was under "normal" processing time which is clearly not true. My comment/advice was intended for those waiting over 6 months and that have tried to get a service request and been denied.

i took your advise and made a service request did they reply to your wife? or did they just approve her im from coral springs so we are fairly close i told them i filed earlier have you been approved yet?

She got approved today and today i did my service request i wanted to wait till she got a response.
