That's very shady. I don't think he send it.

My lawyer filled out a G-1145 using his e-mail and my cell phone number so that we would both receive a confirmation receipt.

Ok, I see what you're saying. Can they at least tell you the actual day and date that they sent it so that you can at least make an estimate based on forum members' timelines on when you will receive your I-797Cs for both forms?

True. Like you said, the lawyer should at least track it himself and relay the info to ECW instead of leaving his client guessing when he/she will receive a response.

I feel you. I also used a lawyer and they told me they were going to send the applications yesterday, but I received no kind of confirmation if it was done or not. I didn't get a tracking number, I don't know how to track the status, didn't even get an e-mail from them letting me know that they sent it out...
I'm scared to keep contacting them. My family keep telling me to not bother the lawyer which I think is stupid.. I paid them, shouldn't I be allowed to ask questions. I guess I'll just wait 2 weeks and then if I don't receive anything in the mail I'll contact them.
Oh and I'm also in S. FL

Yeah, I would definitely call again on Monday if you don't receive anything. My lawyer filled out the money order I guess bcuz I didn't, so I can't even track that.
A little bit north, in Palm Beach County.

I want to ask a question but I don't want to be murdered.

Considering the timeframes everyone is getting their biometrics appointments, I'm guessing mine will be in late October or early November. While I won't be moving literally, I will be housesitting quite the distance from my home and the ASC assigned to my address... but closer to one where I will be housesitting. Theoretically speaking, would I be able to call in and schedule my appointment there?

Or.. (dun dun dun) .. walk in close to my appointment date to the one closest to me at the time? *hides*

I suppose my best bet is to call when I do receive my appointment letter.

My I-797c arrived by mail on the 3oth of August so if by this Friday my appointment letter I will be truly worried.. Furthermore I'm already worried I may have sent too little evidence and no labels or cover page like many other DREAMERs did.
I have the exact same timeline, signed by ARNDT too xD
Waiting for my biometrics appointment too, based on others' whose apps have been routed to the CSC it seems like we should be getting ours tomorrow or Thursday...
