The Democrats have a huge opportunity to pass the Dream Act, restablish deportation priorities to protect long-term undocumented residents, crack down on immigration detention private prisons (go Pramila!), as soon as they return next week. Put it all on the table.

Oh, and before ppl complain about the billions in exchange for immigration reform, the 2013 bill allocated $25 BILLION!!!
All Dems signed it.

Democrats ultimate goal is to boot Trump out of office in 2020 even if it means throwing under the bus smaller objectives such as a permanent DACA fix.

So don't expect any solution to be put in place for our situation during the following next 2 years.
