@MIdreamer, have you heard about your appointment in HK?
oh man... This will delay more the processing times for anything probably. But there is no way to help it. People have to stay away from work places.

Anyone have any updates on their waiver application? My husband’s application just shows the same message. We sent an inquiry since it’s been a year, and USCIS respondes pretty quickly saying that we should receive a notice within 60 days...

Congratulations!
Looks like it looks almost 14 months for yours to get approved. Before the approval what and from when was the last status update on your application?

Hello everyone.

Does anyone know if you have to go back to your country of origin to conducted a Visa interview if you're already in the US? Is there a way to stay in the US to do the interview here?

My grandmother, a US citizen petitioned for my mother (F3 category) and the priority date is current. The petition was filed in 2008 so we don't qualify for 245i.

You have to go back. The only exception I know is if your spouse is an active member of the military, then you can do the interview in the U.S.

Hi! Just saw this thread.
Here's my story.
1) Mother petitioned for me when she got her conditional LPR in 2013(F2A Category). I was 20 years old that time. My priority date is August 2013.
2) i-130 got approved November 2013.
3) Mother became a U.S. Citizen in 2018. Which I guess moves me up to F1?
When do I file for i-601A? Do I file when my priority date becomes current or can I file it now?
Thanks guys!
