Everyone do realize that the government is operating on a continuing resolution ( 2019 spending levels) because the house spending bill has no money for the border wall and the senate bill has the same 5 billion Trump wanted that shut the government down earlier in the year. They can't come to an agreement for 2020 spending levels. I was reading something today that says the continuing resolution could so well into 2020, so we will always have a chance if the Democrats really want to save us.
