I'm so stressed... I just like I won't even care anymore...

I have called several times and they only say my case is pending in review.

Other officer said my case has not been touched since April 9th 2013.

I placed a Service Request last week. I have called today and still pending in review.

After I placed my call I filled out and Ombudsman complaint. Hopefully It helps.

I will just wait and see what happens... Just tired of getting the same response over and over.

No criminal cases? That would be my only explanation (or common name).

Well, I Guess you were right TEXANJOSE... I received a RFE letter yesterday. Back on 2011 I was arrested for an unpaid traffic fine. All my tickets were dismissed; reason why I believed they were not to be on my record. They found the record and requested a certified arrest record, a court disposition for all cases and any other information available.

I have gotten the arrest records which says it was only for unpaid traffic citations. Now i have to wait 14 days to get the Court disposition and then submit an explanation letter with these documents and I will also include the dismissal letters from my appearance at court.

I wonder if the RFE only requested these records. Is all other information enough? or might be a possibility to get another RFE requesting other information besides the BG.

Faitdream - I got an RFE because my arrest(From not paying a ticket) showed up in my record.

Now, I believe an unpaid ticket will not appear on your record, But, if you have an unpaid ticket, more likely you will have a warrant for your arrest and that might show up on the background check.

If you have unpaid tickets contact the court and make arrangements to remove the warrants (if any) as soon as possible. And besides that. You do not want an arrest for unpaid tickets on your records for life. Believe me.
