What did he had to present when he enter the U.S? I know I need to bring my medical report and my visa, anything else?

Our lawyer advised him to have his EAD, 601-A waiver, medical report, and passport to carry on…but he was only asked present his passport. The officers didn’t even ask for the medical report, waiver, or anything else from him. They only asked him our address and how long we’ve been married.

How long did he waited since his arrival to the US for the GC?

In my case it took 4 weeks to receive the GC, back in February. We paid the $220 visa fee AFTER entering the US.

Nice, can’t wait to get mine. Already planning overseas vacation for later this year lol.

So, it took about 2 months since he arrived on April 4th and received it on June 3rd. We paid the fee before he entered the US.

I’m back in the US finally. Everything went smooth for airport immigration. The lady in front of me got aggressively questioned and send to a room so I got scared and panicked a bit, fortunately the officer just look at my visa and stamp it right away and let me through.
