I expire in January but seems theyre approving fast.

Wonder if I should wait or just do it now since court can rule anytime?

they starting to do actual biometrics again? they just re-used my last one from 2 years ago.

Yeah last time I did it they re-used them but this time for some reason I got an appointment.

I'm getting jealous with all of your approvals...

My renewal was received on June 16, 2023 and actively reviewed since June 22, 2023...

My permit expires in November but still, it gets kinda scary.

USCIS sent me letters saying i don’t have to do biometrics/fingerprints again. I have not done so the last 4 years and they wont refund the biometrics fee as well. Is that normal?

Yes that's normal. You won't be refunded, since they are still running the background check (hence the fee).
