How long before I see an interview? Any range?
Took like a month and a half for mine to get scheduled, be patient!

From the looks of your timeline it's going pretty fast for you.

USCIS received my i-485 and i-130 on August 5th, and did my bio August 13th. Last update was that they received my biometrics fee. Should I be calling in by now?

You did the bio 8 days after they received the application? But Yes I would call just to be sure everything is fine.

Guys,
I just got back from my AP trip. I cleared my EWI status.
I'm have been married to a USC for about a month now. We don't currently live together because we are buying a house in Q1 2017.

What documents do I need to apply for residency? Any tips? What is they best way of doing it based on your experience?

Welcome back, the process shouldn't be any different than any person who has overstayed. You can simply google or look up here for bonafide marriage to gain an idea of what may be needed. I would get the immunizations done first along with the affidavit of support. They should be the easiest to take care of.

If you don't have a criminal record I would suggest you do the process on your own and save yourself some cash from hiring a lawyer. Here's the page where it explains what you need to turn in. Just make sure you follow the instructions exactly.

Hey guys my girlfriend and I are about to get married. She is a US citizen and we're going to apply for my GC. How long should we wait before we apply? I also used AP to go to Mexico a few years ago. So my EWI should be clear now right?
We want to apply as soon as possible because we're looking to buy a home and I need to be a resident to apply for the loan of the house.
