Swim if you don't mind sharing which visa category are you waiting for? Is it employment-based or family-based?

Family based - F2B

I received my combo card (EAD with AP) about a month ago.

AOS via marriage process has started for me.

-Entered the US as a 3 year old with inspection 30+ years ago.
-DACA since 2012.
-Been with my USC spouse for 11 years and married for 4 years.
-Huge binder of identity, marriage, and other evidence compiled last month.
-Huge photo album to prove relationship compiled last month.
-Attorney contract signed 2 weeks ago.
-Currently working on the applications with my attorney.
-Medical exam carried out last week. Waiting for lab results this week (TB and STD labs). No additional vaccinations needed since I had documentation of everything since I was born.
-Passport photos produced last week.

So far, so good. Just really hoping they waive the interview like they have been with 2023 AOS applicants.

Anyone who has submitted their AOS via marriage case lately... have you gotten your interview waived?

So I have a F2B petition in process with a priority date of January 2018.

Does anyone know when I should expect to have my green card

I gained legal entry through Advanced Parole last year. Biometrics reused and interview was waved.

Woo-hoo! Major congrats!

Some questions for you:
-How long were you married when you filed?
-What field office processed your case?
-What evidence did you submit with your filing?
-Did you get an RFE requesting additional evidence?

My removal order was rescinded due to not having a date or time. I have an in-person master's hearing next year. My lawyer is going to try to terminate my order.
I am a little scared to go to this hearing...
