Un Subscribe from thread?

Is there an option to do this, if so how??

^ Yes. Go to your control panel. Click on subscriptions. You should see a list of the threads you are subscribed to. You can click each individual thread and then the bottom white box, select 'delete subscription'. Hopefully that should do it.
