I have read many stories and feed back about advance paroles, I have many questions I would appreciate any feed back from any of you. I am trying to study abroad for short period of time. Unfortunately my school doesnt offer any programs. So I have researched with other organizations and found a few.
The organization is called CSA (Center of Study Abroad) they are based of Seattle Washington. It would only be for 5 weeks. I havent graduated because I am just a freshman in college but my degree does require a foreign language International trade in business. My questions are the following:
1. I am only a freshman in college would have affect me in any way by getting approved for the advance parole? ( I've read that most people that get approved are because they already have a degree in a certain area.
2. The organization allows the credits to be trasnfarable, they will also provide me with the acceptance letter. Will the acceptance letter be sufficient to USCIS ? or will I need alternative docs?
(I did make sure the organization is within the U.S. however the letter is not coming from my home school but an alternate program).
3. Do you guys think its worth a try? I really have always wanted to do either community service or a study abroad program but becasue I am a DACA student everything is alot more complicated.
4. Also I am from Mexico, but the study abroad would be to Brazil would there be any issues with that? being that I would not be going back to my home country?
If anyone can share their story or give me advice that would help, I am worried.
