I will be applying for AP for this summer and I want to know which one would be a good reason for them to approve my application. If I do an engineering conference, it would be like 3 days or so and if I do a language course, it would probably be for one week. Currently, I'm studying electrical engineering so I'm not sure if that matters when traveling for something educational. Also, would they require certain proof of what I did while traveling? I read here so far that they don't but just wondering if anyone had to provide some type of evidence other than AP papers.
Another question: I also wanted to apply for a second reason which is to visit my dad in mexico for humanitarian reasons. I was wondering if It would be smart to put both things on the same application?
Are you asking if they ask for proof after you've returned? I don't think so.. it doesn't say it anywhere and it would be extra hassle for them.
For your second question, you have the option to use your AP for more than one trip (you need to check that on your forms), but I don't necessarily know if either one is "better" per se.
