Hello, Im from Arizona and am wondering if anyone know if it might be possible to receive my driving licence? Or and ID. I keep hearing that the Governor has denied them but does anyone have anymore information about it?

No DACA beneficiaries have received DL in Arizona. Sorry. Maybe some day. :/

TN does not require the ssn number in hand... you can just take the letter from ssa that you have applied for a number. They make you sign an affidavit, but you are still good to go.

i heard that it takes 3 months for you to be eligible to take a test when you apply at NJ dmv. i call it bs but can someone confirm this?

Hello! I live in Georgia and I tried getting my driver's license last week an they told me that my documents had to be verified by Homeland Security? They let me take the knowledge test and told me I would be contacted within five business days. Well, they never did, so I decided to go again today and they told me that my documents hadn't been verified yet. Has anyone had any similar experience? What should I do? They refused to tell me if there was anything wrong with my documents. They just told me they needed to be verified and to wait another five days.

What about Texas with no DACA?

Unless you have some other status, Texas doesn't issue licenses to undocumented.

Yes you have to wait 3 months (21 or older) or 6 months (under 21) from the day you pass the written test.
