My friends and I have been thinking about getting medical cards but we don't know if we can. We've searched on the internet and we haven't found any information on it. Would it be possible to get a card under DACA?

I don't see why not, unless they require citizenship or permanent resident status.

I am currently going through the AOS process and when you go through the medical examination, they do test for all drugs.

So you are risking your future by smoking medical marijuana which will show up on your medical examination when it is your day to file for AOS, and medical marijuana is not legal under the federal law.

Just don't do it.
